Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

Taking into account the recitals in the I.A. and considering the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner, he is permitted to correct the address of the petitioner in page 2 of the Petition as Village- Sahada Balidas Sahi, P.O. Sahada, P.S. Sabaranga, Dist- Bhadrak as stated in Paragraph-1 of the interim bail application. Such correction is permitted to be carried out in the Court. The date of surrender is extended by a further period of two weeks from today. Rest part of the order remains unaltered.
