This RPFAM has been filed assailing the orders dated 21st January, 2017 and 8th March, 2019 passed by learned Judge, Family Court, Khurda in Criminal Petition No. 135 of 2015 and Criminal Petition No. 52 of 2017 respectively.

Mr. Rout, learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner in this case by filing a memo dated 4th August, 2022 at Flag-K prays for ignorance of his appearance. .

As none appears for the Petitioner to pursue the RPFAM, the same is dismissed for non-prosecution.

The interim order dated 9th July, 2019 passed in I.A. No. 1865 of 2019 and the subsequent interim order dated 21st August, 2019 stand vacated.
