This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

This application under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. has been filed by the Petitioner with a prayer to quash the order of cognizance dated 10th January, 2020 passed by the learned J.M.F.C., Chandikhole in C.T. Case No.993 of 2019 as well as the entire proceeding.

Heard the learned counsel for the Petitioner and the learned counsel for the State-Opposite Party No.1. 4.

It appears that the impugned order is revisable one before the Sessions Judge, but the Petitioner did not approach the Sessions Judge and has come to this Court after expiry of limitation period for revision.

Accordingly, I am not inclined to entertain this petition, as such, the same stands dismissed.

However, liberty is given to the Petitioner to raise all contentions before the court below at the time of framing of charge.

As it is stated that the Petitioner has already deposited amount and offences are compoundable in nature, the Petitioner may approach the authority which lodged the complaint to intimate the court regarding compounding the matter and in that event, the authority shall consider the same and intimate the court concerned in accordance with law and on receipt of the same, the court shall do the needful.
