Learned counsel for the Petitioner wants to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty for the Petitioner to file an Appeal. 2.
In the circumstance, the Writ Petition stands disposed of as withdrawn but however with liberty to file Appeal within two weeks. In the event the Petitioner is in possession of the disputed property, there shall be status quo at least for a period of four weeks, within which the Interim Application accompanying the Appeal shall be decided.
