This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner is seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with G.R. Case No.752 of 2022 arising out of Colliery P.S. Case No.157 of 2022 pending in the Court of learned S.D. J.M. Talcher for commission of offence punishable under Sections 420/120B/468/471 of the IPC. 4.
Taking into account the nature of allegation, it is directed that on surrendering within three weeks hence and moving for bail, the petitioner shall be released on bail by the learned Court in seisin over the matter on such terms as deemed just and proper.

It is stated by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has no criminal proclivity. While enlarging the petitioner on bail the learned Court below shall verify such assertion. If it comes to the fore that the petitioner has any criminal antecedent, this order shall stands recalled automatically without any further reference to this Court.

Accordingly, the ABLAPL stands disposed of.
