This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioners are seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with G.R. Case No.706 of 2022 arising out of Talcher P.S. Case No.210 of 2022 pending in the Court of learned S.D.J.M. Talcher for commission of offence punishable under Sections 120-B, 379 of the IPC read with Section 51 of the Orissa Minerals Concession Rules, 2016.

Taking into account the nature of allegation and considering the submissions of learned counsel for the petitioners, it is directed that in the event of arrest, the petitioners shall be
released on bail by the Court in seisin over the matter on such terms deemed just and proper.

Accordingly, the ABLAPL stands disposed of.
