This matter is taken up through Hybrid mode.

Petitioner in this writ petition assails the order dated 21st March, 2022 (Annexure-1) passed in CP No.959 of 2018, whereby learned Judge, Family Court, Bhubaneswar rejected an application filed by the Petitioner to send the Petitioner as well as the Opposite Party to medical board for examination with regard to allegation of impotency of the respective parties. 3.

Taking into consideration the submissions made by learned counsel for the parties and on perusal of the impugned order, I find no infirmity in the impugned order. 4.

Accordingly, this Court without interfering with the impugned order disposes of the writ petition with an observation that the Petitioner, if so advised, may produce /evidence in support of his case with regard to allegation made in CP No.959 of 2018.

Issue urgent certified copy of the order on proper application.
