1. On the short ground that the Petitioner is a purchaser of the plot in question from the original lessor by way of a registered sale deed earlier to the impugned order of the Additional Tahasildar, Bhubaneswar dated 26th October, 2002 in W.L. Case No.838 of 1972, the impugned order dated 26th October, 2002 is hereby set aside and W.L. Case No.838 of 1972 is restored to the file of the Additional Tahasildar, Bhubaneswar where it will be listed on 17th October, 2022 for being proceeded with in accordance with law.

2. On that date, the Petitioner shall remain present along with a downloaded copy of this order before the Additional Tahasildar, Bhubaneswar. The Additional Tahasildar is requested to proceed with it in accordance with law and after hearing the Petitioner and other interested parties, dispose of the above W.L. Case No.838 of 1972 within a period of four months thereafter. Till such time, the status quo order dated 5th March, 2014 of this Court will continue.

3. The petition is disposed of in the above terms.
