This matter was taken up on 26.04.2022 and while adjourning this matter there was a direction to the learned counsel for Petitioners to satisfy the Court on the maintainability. It is almost after two months, today when the matter is taken up, learned counsel for the Petitioners again prays for time. For the opinion of this Court, this writ petition is halfhearted one. This Court is, therefore, not inclined to entertain this writ petition. However, considering the request made by the learned counsel for Petitioners, this Court permits the Petitioners to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to file a better writ petition.

The writ petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn, but with liberty as prayed for.
