This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

This writ petition was filed on 13.03.2012. Earlier when the matter was listed on 01.08.2014 before the Dy. Registrar (Judicial), none had appeared for the petitioner and it was directed that the defects pointed out by the Stamp Reporter be removed within one week, failing which the matter would be placed before the Bench for dismissal. Again the matter was listed on 21.08.2014 and this Court directed that the defects, as pointed out by the S.R. be removed within two weeks from that date. But till date, defects have not been removed.

In such view of the matter, this Court is not inclined to grant further time to remove the defects. Accordingly, the writ petition stands dismissed for non-compliance of the orders dated 01.08.2014 & 21.08.2014.
