Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner is seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with C.T. Case No.67 of 2022 arising out of Harabhanga P.S. Case No.22 of 2022 pending in the Court of Learned J.M.F.C. Harabhanga for commission of offence punishable under Sections 341/323/326/307/506 of the IPC.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that injuries are simple in nature. Considering the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner and for the State, it is directed that on surrendering within three weeks hence and moving for bail, the

petitioners shall be released on bail by the learned Court in seisin over the matter on such terms as deemed just and proper. 5.

The ABLAPL accordingly stands disposed of.
