The Petitioner in this writ petition prays for a direction to set aside the notice issued by the Tahasildar, Oupada in Demarcation Case No.12 of 2022 directing the Petitioner to appear before him on 8th April, 2022 at 11.30 A.M. for hearing of the demarcation case.

Since the notice was issued to appear before the Tahasildar, Oupada on 8th April, 2022, the same is no more available to be challenged as the time has already elapsed. 5.

In that view of the matter, this writ petition is dismissed.
