This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioners are seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with G.R. Case No.454 of 2022 arising out of Ghataon P.S. Case No.54 of 2022 pending in the Court of Learned S.D.J.M. Keonjhar for commission of offence punishable under Sections 294/427/323/506/34 of the IPC.

Since Section 506 is the only non-bailable offence and considering the nature of allegations, and keeping in view, the law laid down by the Apex Court in the Case of Arnesh Kumar v. State of Bihar reported in (2014) 8 SCC 273, this Court directs that on
surrendering within three weeks hence, the petitioners shall be released on bail. The Court in seisin to fix the terms. 5.
The ABLAPL accordingly stands disposed of.
