Heard learned counsel appearing for the parties. 2.

Petitioner has a serious allegation on the issuing of notices at Annexures-2 and 3 without following due process of law and in absence of any opportunity. Reading through the brief, this Court observes, attending to the notice dated 15.02.2022, petitioner has already submitted notice under Section 80 of the Code of Civil Procedure to the Executive Officer, N.A.C. Ganjam claimed to be pending as of now. 3.

Keeping this in view, this Court directs the Executive Officer, N.A.C., Ganjam-opposite party no.4, in the event the petitioner is not evicted as of now, to look into the response of the petitioner vide Annexure-4 treating it to be an objection to the notices at Annexures-2 and 3 and take decision, as appropriate, by completing the entire exercise within a period of one month from the date of communication of this order. Petitioner is directed to communicate this order to the opposite party no.4 within a period of seven days hence. Both the parties are directed to maintain status quo as on date in respect of the plot involving Khata No.444, Plot No.1229Ac.0.010 decimals arising out of

// 2 // Ac.0.831 decimals of Mouza Ganjam till the outcome on the direction of this Court.
