Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner is seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with G.R. Case No.194 of 2022 arising out of Pipili P.S. Case No.116 of 2022 pending in the Court of Learned J.M.F.C. Pipili for commission of offence punishable under Sections 294/307/379/384/506/34 of the IPC.

Taking into account the criminal proclivity of the petitioner as stated by the learned counsel for the State, this Court is not inclined to entertain this ABLAPL application under Section 438 Cr.P.C.

The ABLAPL accordingly stands disposed of.
