This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioners are seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with G.R. Case No.514 of 2022 arising out of Khurda P.S. Case No.161 of 2022 pending in the Court of Learned S.D.J.M. Khurda for commission of offence punishable under Sections 379/120-B/34 of the IPC read with Section 51 OMMC Rules, 2004. 4.

Taking into account the nature of allegations and submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners and for the State, it is directed that on surrendering within three weeks hence and moving for bail, the petitioner shall be released on bail by the

learned Court in seisin over the matter on such terms as deemed just and proper.

It is stated by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has no criminal proclivity. While enlarging the petitioner on bail the learned Court below shall verify such assertion. If it comes to the fore that the petitioner has any criminal antecedent, this order shall stands recalled automatically without any further reference to this Court.

The ABLAPL accordingly stands disposed of.
