This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioners are seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with G.R. Case No.169 of 2022 arising out of Tangi P.S. Case No.168 of 2022 pending in the Court of Learned N.G.N.-cumJ.M.F.C. Tangi for commission of offence punishable under Sections 498(A)/341/323/294/354/325/506/34 of the IPC. 4.

Taking into account the nature of accusation and the age of the petitioner No.1 and taking note of the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners that there is every livelihood of the informant joining him in matrimony, it is directed that on surrendering within three weeks hence and moving for bail, the

petitioners shall be released on bail by the learned Court in seisin over the matter on such terms as deemed just and proper. 5.

The ABLAPL accordingly stands disposed of.
