This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode) on the basis of the Office Note dated 16.08.2022. 2.

Letter dated 05.08.2022 submitted by the learned Addl. District & Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, Children Court, Kandhamal, Phulbani at Flag-A shows that the CCL has already been released on bail on 23.07.2022. However, the learned District Judge has sought for extension of time till end of October, 2022 to dispose of the case finally.

In such view of the matter, para-7 of the order No.3 dated 30.06.2022 passed in CRLREV No.144 of 2022 is hereby modified to the extent that the learned trial court shall make endeavour to dispose of the case as expeditiously as possible, preferably by the end of October, 2022.

Registry is directed to communicate this order to the learned court below immediately.
