This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioners are seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with G.R. Case No.315 of 2022 arising out of Nimapara P.S. Case No.98 of 2022 pending in the Court of learned J.M.F.C., Nimapara for commission of offence punishable under Sections 341/294/323/354-B/379/427/506/34 of the IPC.

On the basis of recitals in the Case Diary, learned counsel for the State fairly submits that the overt act is attributable to one Pradyumna and Niranjan were not the petitioners before this Court. Considering such submissions and taking into account the nature of allegations, this Court directs that on surrendering within three
weeks hence, the petitioners shall be released on bail. The Court in seisin to fix the terms.

Accordingly, the ABLAPL stands disposed of.
