As it appears the matter was listed on 12.01.2018, 25.01.2018, 02.02.2018 and 27.03.2018. Till date notice has not been issued. At the instance of learned Counsel for the Petitioner, the matter was adjourned on number of occasions. Today, none is there on behalf of the Petitioner to prosecute the same. Since this is a year old matter, this Court is not inclined to adjourn this matter any further. 4.
