The petitioners-Union of India have filed this writ petition seeking to quash the order dated 15.07.2013 passed in O.A. Nos. 636 and 637 of 2010 under Annexure-5, by which the Central Administrative Tribunal, Cuttack Bench, Cuttack, by holding that the order of this High Court is binding upon the tribunal, has quashed the order of rejection of representation of the opposite party and directed the petitioners to consider/reconsider the case of the opposite party afresh keeping in mind the orders of this High Court.

Since against the remand order passed by the tribunal to consider the grievance of the opposite party, this writ petition has been filed, this Court is not inclined to entertain the same. The petitioners-Union of India is directed to consider the case of the opposite party and pass appropriate order in consonance with the order dated 15.07.2013 passed by the Central Administrative Tribunal, Cuttack Bench, Cuttack in the original application filed by the opposite party, within a period of two months from the date of production of certified copy of this order, if the same has not

been done in the meantime.

With the aforesaid observation and direction, the writ petition stands disposed of.

Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
