Heard learned counsel appearing for the parties. Order No.

Petitioners allege that there is eviction drive involving the petitioners by way of mike announcement. At the same time petitioners also claim that they have a pending representation vide Annexure-3 with the Commissioner, Bhubaneswar Municipal Corporation. 3.
Considering the submission and the claim, this Court observes in the event there is no eviction proceeding involving the petitioners as of now, there cannot be any eviction without following due process of law. It is here taking into consideration that the petitioner have already made a request to the Commissioner, Bhubaneswar Municipal Corporation, vide Annexure-3, this Court observes in the event any such request is pending with the Commissioner, Bhubaneswar Municipal Corporation, decision as appropriate, be taken on the same with involvement of the petitioners and passing appropriate order, at least within a period of six weeks from the date of communication of certified copy of this order by the petitioners.

The writ petition stands disposed of with the observation and direction made hereinabove.
