For the reason stated, the I.A. stands allowed. 2.

In fact, the petitioner was directed to surrender before the learned J.M.F.C., Rampur on or before 12th October, 2022 in G,R, Case No.192 of 2020 arising out of Bhubaneswar STF Case No.19 of 2020, which he could not avail of and in the meantime, the period has expired.

Since the I.A. is allowed, the petitioner is directed to surrender before the learned J.M.F.C., Rampur on or before 9th December, 2022 in in G.R. Case No.192 of 2020 arising out of Bhubaneswar STF Case No.19 of 2020 in compliance of the Court's order dated 24th September, 2022 passed in CRLMC No.953 of 2022. The rest part of the order shall remain unaltered. 4.
