Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Addl. Standing Counsel for the State.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the bail application with liberty to renew his prayer before the Court below along with prayer to conduct a DNA test. 4.

Permission is granted with liberty as aforesaid. 5.

The BLAPL stands disposed of as withdrawn.

6.

It goes without saying that if such an application is filed to conduct the DNA test learned court below shall pass appropriate order expeditiously.
