Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and opposite parties.

The challenge is to the impugned order dated 8th May, 2015 passed by the learned court below in Criminal Revision Nos.43, 44 and 45 of 2015 to the extent and with regard to release of cattle in favour of opposite party No.2, namely, the accused. 3.

There is no stay order passed by this Court in the matter which is pending since 2015. Considering the nature of relief prayed for respecting release of cattle, the Court is of the view that it has become infructuous and as such, does not require further indulgence.

In view of the above, the CRLMC stands dismissed as being infructuous.
