1. The Petitioners' representation dated 4th December, 2021 shall be disposed of by the Regional Manager, New India Assurance Co. Ltd., Bhubaneswar within a period of four weeks after giving a hearing to the Petitioners and in any event, not later than 1st July, 2022. The decision thereon be conveyed to the Petitioners not later than 8th July, 2022. If aggrieved by such decision, it will be open to the Petitioners to seek appropriate remedies in accordance with law. The Court clarifies it has not expressed any view on merits.

2. The writ petition is disposed of in the above terms.

3. The Petitioners will communicate this order to Regional Manager, New India Assurance Co. Ltd. forthwith.
