CORAM:
JUSTICE BISWANATH RATH
ORDER
26.4.2022 01.
1.
Heard learned counsel for the Parties.
Order No.
2.
Undisputedly, the Petitioner is already in receipt of show cause notice, vide Annexure-1. For her own submission and documentation, it appears, the Petitioner has already submitted her response. For the exercise required to be done by the Tahasildar, Raikia, O.P.2 and looking to the nature of dispute, the Writ Petition is not entertainable at this stage. Now learned counsel for the Petitioner wants to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty for the Petitioner to pursue her remedy otherwise available. 3.
The Writ Petition thus stands permitted to be withdrawn with the liberty as prayed for.
