This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner is seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with G.R. Case No.1526 of 2021 arising out of Balangir Town P.S. Case No.551 of 2021 pending in the Court of learned S.D.J.M., Balangir for commission of offence punishable under Sections 341/ 323/ 379/ 34 of the IPC.

Taking into account the recitals in the Case Diary and the order passed by this Court dated 27.01.2022 in ABLAPL 16844 of 2021 in respect of the co-accused, it is directed that on surrendering within three weeks hence and moving for bail, the
petitioner shall be released on bail by the learned Court in seisin over the matter on such terms as deemed just and proper. 5.
Accordingly, the ABLAPL stands disposed of.
