This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioners are seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with C.T. Case No.369 of 2022 arising out of Bargarh P.S. Case No.161 of 2022 pending in the Court of learned S.D.J.M., Bargarh for commission of offence punishable under Sections 147/148/341/323/307/294/506/427/149 of the IPC. 4.

List this matter along with ABLAPL No.3991 of 2022. The learned counsel for the State is called upon to obtain the Case Diary and Criminal Antecedent of the petitioner. 5.

As an interim measure, it is directed no coercive action shall be taken against the petitioners in connection with C.T. Case

No.369 of 2022 arising out of Bargarh P.S. Case No.161 of 2022 pending in the Court of learned S.D.J.M., Bargarh, till the next date. 6.

It is needless to say that the petitioners shall cooperate with the Investigating Agency.
