This writ petition has been filed for a direction to the Additional Tahasildar, Bhubaneswar-Opposite Party No.4 to keep the area and map of Plot No.195 to an extent of Ac.0.060 decimals and Plot No.196 to an extent of Ac.0.130 decimals under Khat No.335 intact while implementing the order passed by the Commissioner, Consolidation and Settlement, Odisha, Bhubaneswar in Revision Case No.36 of 2017.

In course of hearing, Mr. Sahu, learned counsel for the Petitioners prays for withdrawal of the writ petition seeking liberty to file a fresh one with better particulars. 4.

Granting such liberty, this writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn.
