This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner is seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with G.R. Case No.680 of 2022 arising out of Golanthara P.S. Case No.112 of 2022 pending in the Court of learned S.D.J.M. Berhampur for commission of offence punishable under Sections 506/323/307/294/452/34 of the IPC.

Taking into account the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner and on perusal of the allegations, since prima facie no offence under Section 307 is made out, this Court direct that surrendering within three weeks hence and moving for bail, the petitioner shall be released on bail. The learned Court in seisin over

the matter to fix the terms including that the petitioner shall appear before the jurisdictional Police Station once in 15 days, till the conclusion of the investigation.

Accordingly, the ABLAPL stands disposed of.
