This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned counsel for the informant and learned counsel for the State. 3.

The petitioners are seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with C.T. Case No.94 of 2022 arising out of Khuntuni P.S. Case No.80 of 2022 pending in the Court of learned Special Judge, Special Court under S.C. & S.T. (P.O.A.) Act, Cuttack for commission of offence punishable under Sections 341/323/427/294/506/34 of IPC read with Section 3(1)(r), 3(1)(s), 3(2)(va) of S.C. & S.T. (P.O.A.) Act.

Taking into account the nature of allegation and after hearing the counsel for the petitioners and for the informant, this

Court directs that on surrendering within three weeks hence and moving for bail, the petitioner shall be released on bail by the learned Court in seisin over the matter on such terms as deemed just and proper.

Accordingly, the ABLAPL stands disposed of.
