1. Learned counsel for the Petitioner is permitted to remove the defect in Court today.

2. Heard Ms.Pattnaik, learned counsel for the Petitioner and Mr.Das, learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State.

3. Ms.Pattnaik seeks withdrawal of this application with liberty to surrender and move for bail before the concerned Court.

4. Accordingly, the CRLMC is disposed of as withdrawn granting liberty as prayed for. In the event, the Petitioner surrenders within four weeks from today and moves for bail, his prayer for bail shall be considered in accordance with law including the ground of parity, if any applicable, on the same day.

5. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
