Learned counsel for the petitioners does not want to press this application for bail so far as Petitioner No. 1- Sk. Sanwar Ali @ Sk. Sanwar is concerned.

Accordingly, the ABLAPL so far as Petitioner No. 1- Sk. Sanwar Ali @ Sk. Sanwar is dismissed as not pressed. 4.
Heard Mr. M. Swain, learned counsel for the petitioners and Mr. D.Mund, learned Additional Government Advocate for the State.

Petitioner No.2-Sek @Sk. Dilwar @Dilbar is seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with G.R. Case No. 778 of 2022, arising out of Jagatpur P.S. Case No. 133 of 2022, pending on the
file of J.M.F.C.(R), Cuttack for the alleged commission of the offence punishable under Sections 498(A)/323/294/506 of the I.P.C.

Taking into account the nature of allegation, this court directs that on surrendering within three weeks hence, and moving for bail, the Petitioner No.2-Sek @Sk. Dilwar @Dilbar shall be released on bail. The Learned Court in seisin over the matter to fix the terms and conditions as deemed just and proper. 7.
The ABLAPL is accordingly disposed of.
