This matter is taken up through Hybrid Mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State.

The grievance in the writ petition relates to illegal appointment of Opposite Party No. 4 as Anganwadi Helper in preference to the petitioner in respect Dangarpada Anganwadi Centre under Phringia Block in the district of Kandhamal. 4.

Admittedly the petitioner has not ventilated her grievance before the authority.

Taking into account the limited nature of grievance, the petitioner is permitted to make a representation to the SubCollector, Phulbani, who is permitted to be arrayed as opposite party No.5 on the prayer of learned counsel for the petitioner, within a period of two weeks hence. If such a representation is filed before the Sub-Collector, Phulbani(opposite party No.5) he

shall consider the grievance of the petitioner and pass necessary orders after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and opposite party No.4 and such exercise shall be completed within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt/production of the certified copy of this order.

The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. 7.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted as per rules.
