1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid mode. Order No.
2. The Petitioner has taken loan from the Opposite Party No.2Finance Company for purchasing a vehicle bearing registration number OD-13-L-3036. Due to certain reason, the Petitioner was unable to ply the vehicle and repay the E.M.I. Therefore, the Petitioner has now approached this Court seeking for a direction to dispose of the representation within a stipulated period.
3. Heard.
4. Considering the facts and the submissions made, this Court disposes of the writ petition giving liberty to the Petitioner to file a representation ventilating his grievance before the Opposite Party No.2-Finannce Company.
If such a representation is filed, the Opposite Party No.2 shall take an informed and considered decision on the representation of the Petitioner not later than one month from the date of receipt of a
// 2 // certified copy of this order and intimate the decision thereof to the Petitioner immediately.
5. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
