1. This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

2. The petitioner is stated to be an NGO registered with Odisha State Health & Family Welfare Department. By filing the present contempt, it is alleged that the directions contained in the order dated 19th February, 2020 passed in W.P.(C) No. 16304 of 2019 have not been complied with.

3. Mr. Khuntia, learned AGA submits that the directions were only to supply the adverse report against the petitioner-organisation, which stands duly supplied vide office order No.5 dated 15.2.2021 passed by the learned Addl. District Public Health Officer, Kalahandi.
