I.A. No.275 of 2022 & TRP (C) No.126 of 2022 This matter is taken up by hybrid mode.

2. This I.A. has been filed by the petitioner for change of nomenclature under Chapter-VI, Rule-27-A of Orissa High Court Rules and with prayer to allow this I.A. and the consolidated cause title.

3. Though prayer made in this I.A. does not make any sense, but in view of the fact that the stamp reporter has pointed out the defect that the nomenclature of the case should be TRP (CRL), the I.A. is disposed of directing the Registry to change the nomenclature of the case from TRP (C) to TRP (CRL).

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner undertakes to file the consolidated petition by 20.07.2022.

5. Since Mr. Tusar Kumar Mishra, learned counsel has already appeared for opp. party, Mr. Samal, learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to serve a copy of the brief on him by 20.07.2022.

6. List this matter for fresh admission on 26.07.2022 after fresh stamp report.
