This matter is taken up through Hybrid Mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner is seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with G.R. Case No. 688 of 2022, arising out of Sabrang P.S. Case No. 54 of 2022 pending in the Court of learned S.D.J.M., Bhadrak for the alleged commission of offence punishable under Sections 341/294/323/354/379/506/34 of the I.P.C.

Taking note of the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner that the present case is an off suit of an F.I.R filed by the petitioner registered as Sabrang P. S. Case No.55 of 2022, this Court directs that on surrendering within three weeks hence

and moving for bail, the petitioner shall be released on bail. The Learned Court in seisin over the matter to fix the terms and conditions as deemed just and proper.

Accordingly, the ABLAPL stands disposed of.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted as per rules.
