This matter is taken up through virtual/physical mode. 1.
The petitioner is a defaulter in a loan availed for a sum of Rs.4 lakhs from State Bank of India, Jaraka Branch, Jajpur on 08.08.2010. After the loan account had been classified as NPA, a demand notice under Section 13(2) of the SARFAESI Act, 2002 (for short "the Act, 2002") was issued on 12.02.2019 recalling the outstanding liability of Rs.4,18,636/-. 2.
Symbolic possession of the collateral security is stated to have been assumed by issuance of a notice dated 29.01.2020 under Section 13(4) of the Act, 2002. The prayer in the present petition is for quashing the aforesaid notice assuming physical possession.

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for permission to withdraw the writ petition.

In view of the above, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
