1. This matter is taken up through hybrid mode. Order No.

2. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned Addl. Standing Counsel for the State.

4. The Petitioner is in custody since 27th March, 2022 in connection with Bhanjanagar P.S.

Case No.373/2021 corresponding to G.R. Case No.1136/2021 pending in the court of learned S.D.J.M., Bhanjanagar for the alleged commission of the offence under Sections 341/294/506/467/468/471/420/34 of the I.P.C.

F.I.R. has been lodged by the informant, who happens to be the mother of the Petitioner, and it is alleged that the Petitioner along with wife has been treating the informant with cruelty and has also taken away all pension money of his deceased father. It is also alleged that he has attempted to alienate the house by taking advance of Rs.5, 00,000/-.

6. Considering the nature of accusations, which reveal a domestic dispute between the parties, as also taking into consideration the period of detention of the Petitioner in custody, I am inclined to allow the prayer for bail. Let the Petitioner be released on bail on such terms and conditions as may be imposed by the court in seisin over the matter in the aforesaid case including the condition that he shall furnish cash security of Rs.1,00,000/-(Rupees One Lakh) and shall appear before the trial court on each date of posting of the case and in case of even a single default, necessary orders shall be passed by the court to take him to custody again.

7. The BLAPL is disposed of.

8. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
