This matter is taken up through Hybrid Mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioners are seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with C.T. Case No. 234 of 2022, arising out of Baliapal P.S. Case No. 75 of 2022 pending in the Court of learned J.M.F.C., Basta for the alleged commission of offence punishable under Section363/34 of the I.P.C. 4.

The offence alleged is bailable in nature. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that they have apprehension that they are likely to be forwarded for commission

of non-bailable offence. But prima facie such apprehension seems to be misconceived.

The bail application is disposed of as withdrawn, giving liberty to the petitioners to approach this Court in case there is any fresh cause of action relating to apprehension of arrest. 6.

Accordingly, the ABLAPL stands disposed of.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted as per rules.
