This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement (virtual/physical) mode.

This is an application for modification of order dated 04.07.2022 passed in ABLAPL No.3787 of 2021.

Considering the submission made and on going through the averments taken in the Petition; the order dated 04.07.2022 stands modified to the extent that in the 5th line of paragraph-3 of the order, the year of the G.R. Case "No.156 of 2021" be substituted by "No.157 of 2021".

Necessary correction is carried out in the order accordingly.

In view of the above correction, the date fixed for surrender of the Petitioners before the Court in seisin of the case be extended by four weeks more with effect from today. 3.

The I.A. is accordingly disposed of.

Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
