This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual/ Physical Mode).

Heard learned counsel for the parties.

Assailing the order of disengagement from the post of Anganwadi Helper of Sisua-1 Anganwadi Centre, inter alia on the ground that though the petitioner has not attained 60 years, her services were being terminated treating her to have attained 60 years on 1.1.2013.

It is seen that this Court by order dated 11.07.2013 while issuing notice was pleased to pass the following interim order. "Issue notice as above.

In the interim, it is directed that the petitioner shall not be disengaged on superannuation on the ground that she has attained the age of 60 till the next date."

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that by virtue of the interim order, the petitioner has continued and has been disengaged on attaining age of 60 years. Accordingly, no further order need be passed in the present writ petition since with efflux of time the petitioner has got the desired relief. 6.
