This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Since during pendency of the appeal, i.e., Sairat Appeal Case No. 5 of 2021 before the Revenue Divisional Commissioner, Central Division, Cuttack vide Annexure-7, a fresh tender call notice was issued by Tahasildar, Salepur on 07.03.2022 vide Annexure-8, this Court is not inclined to entertain this writ petition. However, if any cause of action still survives, the petitioner may pursue his remedy before the appellate forum in accordance with law.

With the aforesaid liberty, the writ petition stands disposed of.
