This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement (virtual/physical) mode.

This is an application for modification of the order dated 04.07.2022 in ABLAPL No.3799 of 2021.

Heard.

While being not inclined to reconsider the prayer for grant of bail to the Petitioner as has been ordered on the last occasion i.e. on 04.07.2022, the modification of the observations made therein, however is substituted by the followings:- "In the event, the Petitioner surrenders before the learned court in seisin of the case in Banarpal P.S. Case No.85 of 2021, corresponding to Special (POCSO) No.22 of 2021, pending on the file of learned Special Judge (POCSO), Angul, within four weeks hence and moves for his release

// 2 // on bail, the same shall be considered on its own merit; further taking into account all such developments which have taken place in the meantime in their proper perspective and disposed of it in accordance with law during the course of the day unless, there stands any legal impediment."
