This writ petition is pending since 2013. Prayer made in the petition is to disconnect the power supply to the premises of the Opp. Party No.10.

It appears that in terms of the order dated 04.09.2014, notice was issued on Opp. Parties No.3, 4, 5, 9 & 10. The acknowledgement card returned after due service. But there is no representation from those Opp. Parties. Even there is no representation today from the petitioner. Hence, this writ petition stands dismissed for nonprosecution. (S.
