1. This matter is taken up through virtual mode.

2. The petitioner is a defaulting borrower and has laid challenge to the order dated 09.12.2020 passed by the Collector and District Magistrate, Koraput, U/s.14 of the Securitization and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002, providing for official assistance to take over actual physical possession of the secured assets i.e., the mortgaged medical shop room.

3. At the time of hearing and in view of memo filed, dated 10.01.2022, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the writ petition.

4. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.

5. As the restrictions due to resurgence of COVID-19 situation are continuing, learned counsel for the parties may utilize a printout of the order available in the High Court's Website, at par with certified copy, subject to
