1. The present petition questions an NBW issued way back on 3rd May, 2013 by the J.M.F.C., Khallikote in Khallikote P.S. Case No.35 of 2005 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 98 of 2005. However, during pendency of the present petition, there has been no interim order.

2. Consequently, the Court is not inclined to interfere with the impugned order at this stage. The petition is accordingly dismissed.

3. A copy of this order be communicated forthwith to the concerned Subordinate Court.
