Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

Taking into account that the petitioner is a lady and in view of the portions contained in 437 (1) Cr.P.C. Proviso, this Court directs the petitioner to be released on bail on such terms to be fixed by the learned Court in seisin over the matter to fix the terms and conditions as deemed just and proper. 4.

It is made clear that this order shall not be treated as precedent in respect of the other accused persons whose bail applications, if so moved, shall be decided on its own merits. 5.

Accordingly, the ABLAPL is disposed of.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted as per rules.
